The Slaughterhouse is steakhouse where everything is made out of meat, even the menu itself. The place is decorated with hanging steer carcasses and a fountain of blood. The customers get to pick the cow they want and the employees kill it in front of you. They serve a big steak called "Sir Loins-a-Lot" was eaten completely by only two customers, Red Barclay and Tony Randall. According to Dr. Hibbert, he bought 40% of the restaurant.
Lisa protested to close that place, while the rest of the family visited it. Homer competed with Red Barclay to see who could eat the Sir Loins-a-Lot steak. Homer lost to Red, who died some seconds later.
