Lou is a police officer in Springfield. He is Chief Wiggum's right-hand man, and is often the source of logic for the police force. He is the second-in-command of Wiggum's small squad, often solving cases for the rest of the force. He was once married to a woman called Amy, but is not divorced. He is a weapons expert, and can often be seen wielding such arms as bazookas when the situation calls for it.
