The Springfield Dam is the hydroelectric dam in Springfield. Cecil Terwilliger was in charge of its construction. However, he stole the money for the cement and planned to blow it up, with Sideshow Bob, Bart and Lisa inside. He was arrested, but the dam was too weak so it was later destroyed. The giant water wave didn't cause any damage. Cecil was working on the dam at the time.
