Onni Korhonen told Dr. Spivak to get off the call while he quickly interviewed Homer, not expecting the interview to last too long. However, Homer received help from [[Professor Frink]] and performed exceptionally well in the interview, getting the job over Dr. Spivak. This greatly angered Dr. Spivak, as she felt that she was the more qualified candidate.

She learned from them that Homer was terrible at his job, so she went snooping in Homer's office and found the earpiece he had been using to communicate with Professor Frink. Grayson Mathers transferred to the Springfield Atoms at the start of the football season, which got the town excited. When [[Mr. Burns]] saw how excited everyone was for Grayson, Burns chose him to be the spokesperson for his new brandy brand, [[Do You Chugging Brandy]]. Grayson and Burns started to get close, with Grayson even hugging Burns. The night before his first game, Grayson went out to multiple clubs and got drunk.

Grayson's first game came around and he turned up hungover from his night of drinking. As a result of this, he played poorly and got benched quickly. The town turned against him and threw merchandise they had bought at the stadium at Grayson and Burns, who had come onto the field to defend Grayson. Grayson became upset as he had never been booed before and thought that the way he acted was the problem. Mr. Burns then decided to take Grayson to the [[Springfield Elementary School]] to talk to the children there. Grayson told the children that he hadn't even set foot inside a school and he now owned three identical {{W|Ferrari}}s. The bullies then started to insult Grayson for his poor performance during the game, which angered Grayson. He started throwing books at the children, causing them to flee. Grayson then drank from a bottle of Do You Chugging Brandy and collapsed on the floor...

Dr. Lori Spivak is a nuclear engineer who works at the Kevät Kenttä Nuclear Power Plant.
