When Manjula and Apu had relationship problems, they had Homer and Marge over for a visit. However, they (Apu and Manjula) got into an argument and Apu asked them to leave. As Homer and Marge left the Nahasapeemapetilans' apartment, the argument continued and one of them threw a copy of The Kama Sutra out of the window. Homer picked it up, started to read it and was immediately absorbed in it. He told Marge that the book had stolen their ideas and said things like "That guy looks like Apu."
