Seth Rogen is a Jewish-Canadian comedian, actor, and writer, best known for his films with acclaimed comedic producer-writer-director Judd Apatow such as Knocked Up, Superbad, Pineapple Express and most recently Funny People.

Rogen co-wrote (with his writing partner Evan Goldberg) and guest starred (as Lyle McCarthy) in the episode Homer the Whopper. He is the second guest star to write a Simpsons episode, after Ricky Gervais.
