The Leader is the leader of the short-lived cult of Movementarianism.
The Leader was the head of the Movementarians. Although he was rarely seen, his picture was on the pamphlets given out to potential members and was put up all over the Movementarian Compound. The Leader made very rare public appearances and they were only when he left the compound in his Rolls-Royce. As he was driven past the crowd, he would lower the window and wave at his people, not revealing his face.
