Fake Badges

• Badges (fake or not) break on monobook; additional .css would be required to fix this.
• Hovering over fake badges does nothing; to fix this, the javascript has to be copied to personal or site javascript and edited to not conflict with the "real" badge javascript; this might actually work better on a wiki without badges.
