• The appearance of Lon's Laundry allows us to draw some conclusions about the establishment:
  • It has at least one full row of front-loading washers, and one full row (plus a partial row) of dryers.
  • It has both front and rear doors available to customers. (Sideshow Mel exits via the rear door in Part 3, On the Lam.)
  • From the clutter on the floor and the baskets and cleaning products on top of the machines, the laundromat has a good volume of regular business, which makes it somewhat surprising that Mel seems to have the place all to himself when he does his laundry.
  • Judging by the lack of "Out of Order" (or similar) signage, the laundromat is well-kept up as everything appears to be in good working order.
