The Handmaid's Tale is a play based on the book of the same name by Margaret Atwood. It starred the children on Alanis Morissette Elementary School.

History

Mrs. Scarborough announced to the class that they were putting on a child-friendly version of The Handmaid's Tale as the class play. Lisa said that she wanted to try out for Offred, which Mrs. Scarborough liked because it wasn't very Canadian for people to ask for something directly. During rehearsals for the play, Lisa told Mrs. Scarborough that she had never been happier.
