Character

OK, I know that El Barto isn't a real character but he is counted as a separate criminal in Springfield. Therefore, I feel that he is a character, but just a fictional one. Anyone think differently? ☆The Solar Dragon☆ 11:05, September 18, 2010 (UTC)
