Book Information
Genre: Romance
First appearance: The Secret Life of Homer's Wife

Lady Wimbledon's Groundskeeper is a romance book.

History[edit]

A man was holding a copy of the book in Bookaccino's when Marge said that you couldn't judge a book by its cover. The man said that she should tell that to the paint-stained wrench who designed the book jackets.[1]

The book is also part of Marge's Lascivious Library of Unbridled Romance Novels.[2]

Behind the Laughter[edit]

Lady Wimbledon's Groundskeeper is a reference to D. H. Lawrence's Lady Chatterley's Lover and the Wimbledon championships, a tennis tournament held in Wimbledon, London.
