The Annual Police Picnic is an annual picnic held by Springfield Police Department.

History[edit]

Because the bus is ten minutes late for school, Otto takes it upon himself to drive recklessly the rest of the way, driving through the Springfield Tire Yard, and then crashing into the annual police picnic in the park.
