Will There Ever be a Rainbow? is an autobiography written by Charles Montgomery Burns after his trip to the hospital. He recruited the help of a ghost writer named Mr. Roman, but fired him. After it was published, it became a very unpopular book, only becoming a best seller in a non-fiction five cent bin. They are used as booster seats at Krustyburger, as they are the same size as booster seats, but much cheaper.

To try and increase the popularity of his book, Burns sponsored and later took over the local church.
