Topper's Toupee Shop is a shop that sells toupees. The toupees look nice, but their fit is of questionable quality.
History
Angry Dad bought a toupee at Topper's and was pleased with how it looked. Immediately after he left the shop, however, a gust of wind blew the toupee off of his head, much to his annoyance.
