Thomas Earl "Tom" Petty (born October 20, 1950), also known as Charlie T. Wilbury, Jr. and Muddy Wilbury, is an American singer-songwriter. He sung "The Waiting" in the season 14 episode "The Cartridge Family" and voiced himself in the season 14 episode "How I Spent My Strummer Vacation".
