The Simpsons: Tapped Out Crook and Ladder content update, previously known as "Springfield Fire Department", was released on March 31, 2016 and was the one hundred and twentythird content update. It included 4 new costumes, 1 new building, and 3 new decorations. It was rumored on the release of the Level 35 content update and listed in the game files in the Treehouse of Horror XXIV update. A temporary event guide and icon were in the files of the Thanksgiving 2015 update.
