Lisa writes a letter to International olympic committee for a school project.But they decied that the next olympics should be held in Springfield.there even happens to be a mascot contest.Homer makes a mascot called Springy.Jomers mascot di not win the contest.everyone prepares for the IOC arrivle to Sprinfield elementary.the arrivle goes well at first until...Bartgoes on stage his racist comedy routine insults the the members of the IOC.In response springfield loses the chance to host the olympics.Superitendent Chalmers blames Skinner for letting Bart on stage and doing the routine in the first place.skinner is then orderd to make every last kid in the school do 20 hours of community service. And assgins Bart and Lisa to work at Springfield Retirement Castle.
