In the Caribbean 1789, people dressed as pirates were hanged. World War II changed Halloween and it became Victory Day. In [[San Francisco]] 1967, the sixties were a simpler time. In Miami 1984, people dressed as drug runners for Halloween got arrested. And in the future, the world will be filled with alcoholic robots and pizza delivery guys.

Bart gives a report on the history of Halloween to his class.
