Plot

When he wants to watch the bowling, Homer sends Bart outside to fly a kite, but the kite gets tangled in the antenna and distorts the TV picture. Homer is forced to climb up onto the roof to restore it. Mr. Burns has an appearance when Homer gets caught up in the business and is late for work.
