Protests are taking place outside the Power Plant, and [[Mr. Burns]] tells [[Smithers]] to tell the idiots to think of ideas to improve the plant's safety. [[Lenny]] tells [[Carl]] and [[Homer]] that they should put handles on the side of the reactors so they look like steaming coffee cups. Carl takes advantage, and places a giant cement donut into the middle of Lenny's idea. Homer gets an idea: putting a sign up that says that nuclear power is three times safer, while Smithers fuels up the private jet for Mr. Burns to go to Venezuela.
