Shelbyville Orphanage

Shelbyville Orphanage is an Orphanage in Shelbyville. It's previous location is now a gas station and it can now be found across the street from its previous location. It was the orphanage that Homer's half brother Herbert Powell was adopted from. It was also the home of Donny, where Seymour Skinner and Superintendant Chalmers found him to be their snitch to stop Bart's pranks.
