About

Sadgasm is a grunge band formed by Homer in the 90's. It consists of him, Lenny, Carl, and Lou. Parodying Nirvana and Bush, they quickly rise to the top of the charts, and Weird Al parodies their song "Brain Freeze".

The songs they created were:
1. Politically Incorrect (Frances Farmer Will Have Her Revenge on Seattle by Nirvana)
2. Shave Me (Rape Me by Nirvana)
3. Margerine (Glycerine by Bush)

How The Group Formed & Broke Up

After Homer sees Professor August and Marge together, Homer reforms his R&B group only with a different type of music: Guitar Rock Utilizing Nihilist Grunge Energy or GRUNGE. His band is then named Sadgasm. Marge heard Homer sing Politically Incorrect and didn't like the song at all, so she breaks up with Homer to be with Prof. August.

But when Professor August started to have disagreements with Marge, Marge left him too. She then heard the song Margerine on a music video program and she realized how much he loved her, but the program was interrupted by a news bulletin revealing that the group had broken up and that Homer was on drugs.

Arriving at Homer's house, she saw a syringe and flushed it down the toilet, but it turned out that it wasn't drugs. It was insulin for Homer's Diabetes. The two were back together again soon after and Homer was too happy to grunge again.
