Roger Corman's Titanic was shown on the Thousand Dollar Movie program on TV. It is about the ship RMS Titanic.
History
The Simpson family watched the movie on TV. In the scene that was shown, a woman, Clarice, and a man were sitting in a rowboat. The man said that they were safe, as they had "made it away from that cursed ship". Clarice replied, "Now I can relax and take off this stifling bikini". She then began to undo the knot on her bikini top while the man grinned in anticipation. Just then, the ship suddenly rose up out of the water and advanced on them, having mysteriously grown a set of jaws. It was just about to devour the couple when the movie was interrupted for a commercial.
Behind the laughter
Roger Corman is a real-life director and producer, known for his low-budget horror movies which tend to include scenes with incongruous nudity and/or frequent appearances of women in bikinis. Roger Corman's Titanic is a spoof of his moviemaking style.
