Homer listened on the radio when Bill and Marty had their broadcast from O'Harrigan's where they kicking off their 35th consecutive happy hour with no end in sigh. Carl was also and listen on the radio and remarks that it's bad that they most work. Homer didn't care about the job and was soon in the bar.
