Overview
Milhouse Van Houten is Jim's self-described best friend. However he is really annoying. He is neglected by his Satanist father and lives with his divorced mother.
Romance
It seems as if his incredibly love for Jim is actually a romantic one, and he is one of many characters who may or may not be gay. He has also never shown anything but hatred for women, and seems to have a boyfriend-type guy called Lonny Cross.
