Bart hurt himself when he challenged by
Nelson. Bart gets to the hospital, where
Dr. Hibbert prescribes Bart not to lift things and forces him to have a wheelie backpack. Bart gets teased at school by it but becomes friends with the school's nerds and he start seeing the benefits with the wheelie backpack. He will not need to lift things and walks faster. Under the gym is Barts back better and he and the other students which having a wheelie backpack wins the game of
dodgeball. Bart and the others who have wheelie backpack has soon respect in the school. After Bart made a return to Hibbert his back is soo good so he not need to have a wheelie backpack. Bart takes back his backpack and leaves the nerds but becomes jealous of them for their backpacks take them in front of them in the lunch line.
