"Lead It Bleed" is a Simpsons Comics story first printed in Simpsons Comics #16.
Plot[edit]
Scratchy is a talk show host, Itchy is his bandleader (and keyboard player), and various other blue mice are on the other instruments. Scratchy cuts up at his desk, twirling a pencil around his fingers and flinging it through a glass window, which draws cheers and laughter from the audience. Itchy claps along with them. But when Scratchy takes a sip of his coffee, a gleefully grinning Itchy holds up a coffee carafe and a can of kerosene (implying that he's switched Scratchy's coffee with kerosene) and winks at the audience, to the amusement of the other mice in the band.
