Kumatsu Motors is a Japanese car manufacturer who took over the Powell Motors and the factory in Detroit, Michigan. When Homer started a business called Mr. Plow, the plow he owned was designed and sold by the company. Eventually they take it back when Mr. Plow goes out of business when the snow melted.[1]
