Milhouse and Bart visiting Krustyburger, and they begin to think what it looks like behind the counter. Milhouse dream it apes who smokes and fries the burgers and that monkeys throwing pickles up on the ceiling and do not wash their hands or have no hair nets and one of the monkeys have the Ebola virus. This may Milhouse not wanting to eat burgers and he starting think he had a monkey viruses while Bart does not care and start eating the burgers.
