Frannie is a goat the Spuckler family owns.
History
When the Spuckler family moved next door to the Simpson family, Frannie wandered into their house and Q-Bert followed her to try and sneak her back home. Q-Bert was discovered by Lisa in the Simpsons' bathroom by Lisa. He explained at he had followed Frannie as her two babies needed her. Lisa saw the babies and thought they were cute. After Q-Bert told her he looks after all their critters, she started to help him.
