Fiesta Terraces is an apartment complex where Jacques lives. It is on a turn off towards the Power Plant.
Jacques is a man who is in love with Marge Simpson. They both met when it was Marge's birthday and Homer got her a bowling ball for a present. Homer was expecting her to hate the present so she would give it to him, so she went bowling in spite of him.
Marge had never bowled in her life, and she was pretty rubbish. That's where Jacques came into the picture. He claimed himself as a private bowling instructer (probably just to get close to Marge!)
They started to go bowling with each other all the time, and one day, Jacques asked her to come over to his apartment in Fiesta Terrace. In the end, she chose Homer - the right choice.
