Cash and Cary is a song sung by Krusty for his prison special in the episode Brother from Another Series. The song is a parody of Johnny Cash's "Folsom Prison Blues." The music was written by Alf Clausen and Ken Keeler and the lyrics by Keeler. It is the tenth track on the album Go Simpsonic with the Simpsons.

Lyrics

Announcer:
Live from Springfield Penitentiary's fabulous big open area in cell block D, it's the Krusty the Clown Prison Special!
(inmates cheer)
Krusty:
I slugged some jerk in Tahoe,
They gave me one two three.
My high-priced lawyer sprung me
On a technicality.
I'm just visitin' Springfield Prison,
I get to sleep at home tonight.
(inmates groan)
Hey, hey, I kid! I kid 'cause I love! I tell ya, the best folk in the world are prison folk!
(inmates cheer)
Bart:
Man, those cons love Krusty. Inside every hardened criminal beats the heart of a ten-year-old boy.
Lisa:
And vice versa.
