Burnsie's Belly Laughs! is a Simpsons Comics One-Shot Wonders story first printed in The Malevolent Mr. Burns #1.
Plot[edit]
Mr. Burns has decided to give a promotion to his low-level employees. He introduces the new head of production, Manny Tar.
