The circus is coming is to Springfield and The Simpsons are excited to go. However, after misbehaving again, Bart is punished and must stay at go while the rest of the family go to the circus. Bart dresses himself as a clown in order to sneak into the circus.

Rainier Wolfcastle is hosting a fundraiser at McBeans Coffee House, however Fat Tony and the mafia knockout all of Wolfcastle's guests with sleeping drops, so that they can steal the fundraiser centerpiece (a collection of guns).
