The Rusty Barnacle waiter works at The Rusty Barnacle. He has to dress up as a pirate.

History

He served the Simpson family, bar Homer, when they visited The Rusty Barnacle. He was annoyed by Bart, who made fun of his patronization. He then served them food and Bart a squid platter, extra tentacles. Marge then asked him to ask Eugene Fisk's buck's night party to quiet down. He does this but Homer and Carl tell him to shut up.
