Plot

Bart gets a package from Herb Powel, which contain a chemistry set. Bart thinks it was a bad gift, but Milhouse tell him at he should try it. They decide to shuffle some things they find in the basement and after they mix ed in a leaky battery, they believe that they are ready with the new invention. Bart thinks Milhouse should tast the invention, but he refuses it for it smells funny so Bart are going to taste it but is stopped in the last second by Marge which begins to talking to him. After Marge leave Bart for going to the Kwik-E-Mart tells Bart to Milhouse that he has the feeling that they can use the invention which looks like a liquid to make some pranks and they going out to find some suitable place to do their experiment. The bottle that Bart has put the liquid in has start to leak, and when he start rides on his skateboard, he loses his balance and starts to slide down the streets before hi crash into a dumpster. Bart does not understand what has happened but Milhouse see that the wheels of his skateboard has obtained the liquid and he tell Bart at he believes that it does things going faster. They test the liquid on Milhouse shoes but he just slips when he start to go and they realize that the liquid makes things slippery. They start to use the liquid on subjects in Springfield and begins to expose their friends to pranks with the liquid.

After they had fun with the liquid tell Bart that he believes that someone can pay for the liquid, Milhouse tell him at they did not write down what they put into it, but Bart knows someone who can find out what is in the liquid. Bart calls Professor Frink who are interested of the liquid and promise that he can pay them if he gets access to their liquid. Their conversations is overhearing by the bullies and they decides to take care of the liquid so they can sell it to Frink and become rich. Bart and Milhouse discover that bullies are after them and spraying the liquid on their vehicle so they can run awy from the bullies. When the bullies are out of sight jumping Bart and Milhouse of their vehicles and let the vehicle continue to drive by itself and spraying the lawn with the liquid just before the bullies pass by, this leads to bullies starts to slide and they can't stop on their bikes. Bart and Milhouse are glad they got rid of the bullies and going and visit Frink. But he can not pay them, Bart has no liquid remains. Milhouse tell him at he told him they should written it down. Frink tell to them that perhaps it was good anyway so the liquid do not fall into the wrong hands and hurt someone. Meanwhile crasch the bullies outside Frinks home.
