'The Origin Of Glowy The Radioactive Dog is a comic story featured in Radioactive Man 80pg. 1. The comic later was reprinted in Bongo Free-For-All 2006.

Plot

One day did Radioactive Man a visit to Bug Boy at the Superior Squad for help him test his new atomic weapon. Bug Boy testing the gun on Radioactive Man, and it works, his radioactivit physique absorb the blast without causing any dame in the lab. After the test glows Radioactive Man from the radioactivity and he give Bug Boy his birthday present, a turtle. He holding the turtle in his hand and it starts to glowing before it explodes. The turtle has become a dog and the Bug Boy realizes that now when the atomic ray fallout he was mutate into a dog. Bug Boy thanks Radioactive Man for the gift but since he is allergic to canines, he tell to Radioactive Man that he must keep it. After that had Radioactive Man a new friend, The Radioactive Dog.
