Cleanup

A 23-year-old still in Elementary School?! Since when does that ever happen?! Students can't really be held back for that long, can they?

Why haven't the bullies been expelled from Springfield Elementary if they've been so bad after all these years? Besides, isn't it illegal for the school to keep them this long? They're kind of like a group of Billy Madisons!
