When Good Snacks Go Bad is a hit FOX television special featuring Clancy Wiggum.
History
Judging from the title, the special is about the hazards of snacking. It was apparently compiled from footage taken by the Springfield Police car's onboard video camera. According to the camera's timestamp, the footage was filmed only 25 minutes after an incident in which Ned Flanders was pressed into service as a getaway driver for Snake, and Wiggum misunderstood the situation to be joyriders stealing a car.
