Boy-Scoutz N the Hood Plot

When Bart and Millhouse find $20, they buy a "All Syrup Squishie", and the sugar makes them go hyper and go on a nigtht on the town. Bart wakes up with a hangover and realizes that he joined the Junior Campers. After learning a bunch of cool things, Bart starts to like it. Then, it comes time for the rafting trip, Bart feels embarased to bring Homer. Once Homer comes along, he looses the map, causing the to float out into the ocean.
