Homer S.: Portrait of an Ass Grabber was a FOX TV movie starring Dennis Franz as Homer Simpson.

Simpson (Franz) is seen driving recklessly down a street, nearly running over a cat, with a terrified young woman in the passenger seat. When Simpson attempts to grab her in the rear, she tells him that's sexual harassment, and if he does, she'll "scream so loud the whole country'll hear." He responds "With the Man in the White House? Not likely," before bursting into maniacal laughter.
