Man O' Pies is is Pieman's Canadian counterpart.Homer once thought he is a Pie Man from another Universe but Bart then Explains that the Reason he looks like Pieman is that he is Canadian.
Sidekick
He has a sidekick named Kid Cupcake who also looks like Bart.he wears ear Muffs and Boots.
