Preparation XX is a brand of estrogen cream.
History[edit]
When Marge was going through perimenopause, she was prescribed Preparation XX. Homer used it to bring down his testosterone levels when he was on erectile dysfunction medications so he could give his speech at Ned Flanders' wedding. The estrogen caused Homer to give an emotional speech about Ned.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
Preparation XX is a parody of the hemorrhoid cream Preparation H.
