The language on Rigel 7 is Rigellian, which by coincidence, is exactly the same as English. Rigel 7 is the home planet of Kang & Kodos. The other inhabitants of Rigel seem to be similiar in appearance to Kang and Kodos.

This planet is mentioned in the Treehouse of Horror IX. You know whats funy? My name is Rigel Bennett and they have a planet named after me yay!! :)
