Jingle Bells is a popular Christmas song written by James Pierpont. It is featured in the show quite often, some of the most notable appearances being both the very first episode, Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire, and $pringfield (Or, How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Legalized Gambling). Both versions contain a popular children's parody containing references to Batman. The latter was sung by the late Robert Goulet and appears as the seventh track on the album Songs in the Key of Springfield.

Lyrics
Springfield Elementary's version
- Dashing through the snow
- In a one horse open sleigh
- O'er the fields we go
- Laughing all the way
- Bells on bob tails ring
- Making spirits bright
- What fun it is to laugh and sing
- A sleighing song tonight
- Oh, jingle bells, jingle bells
- Jingle all the way
- Oh, what fun it is to ride
- In a one horse open sleigh
- Jingle bells, jingle bells
- Jingle all the way
- Oh, what fun it is to ride
- In a one horse open sleigh

- Robin laid an egg.
- The Batmobile broke it's wheel,
- The Joker got aw-
= Robert Goulet's version

- Robin laid an egg.
- Batmobile lost its wheel
