Ron Howard is an American film director who seems to be good friends with Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin. He also gave Homer parenting advice at one time but also tried to kill him after jumping onto Homer's mobile mueseum. He can't drive very well. Homer wanted him to direct a new film he had wrote about a robot driving instructor whose best friend is a pie.
