Charles Montgomery Burns, more commonly known as Mr. Burns, is the head of the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant and is filthy rich. He is often seen in his office, overlooking his workers outside, plotting evil schemes whilst his assistant, Smithers, looks on.
Burns was raised in a very happy family with his brother, George, and teddy bair, Bobo. He however, left his family to live with a very wealthy person, from whom he learned his malicious ways.
He fought in World War II under Abraham Simpson on the side of the Allies, but defected to the Axis Powers to make bombs for them, but returned to Springfield after Germany was defeated.
In Springfield, he opened a biological weapons factory, but was stopped by a bunch of protestors, including Mona Simpson. Since then he has worked at the Nuclear Power Plant he founded and constantly cooks up schemes to take over Springfield or do something else diabolical.
