Homer falls asleep and dreams that he is Scratchy and Bart is Itchy. In the dream, Scratchy is sunbathing when Itchy runs over him with his skateboard, shoots him with his slingshot, puts a bomb in his mouth, and eventually Scratchy falls off a cliff, burns his butt, is chased by a rocket into a mountain.
