- Snake Jailbird (seen in Colonel Homer during a riot, and is seen escaping in Itchy & Scratchy: The Movie)
- Sideshow Bob (seen in Black Widower, talking to Snake)
School Trips
Springfield Elementary, more specifically Bart's class, went on a field trip to Springfield Prison. On this trip Bart let a prisoner out of his cell.
